This sweet little baby was 8 months old when we photographed this stunning outdoors family session. And this sweet mama did an exceptional job coordinating outfits with beautiful, rich colors, without being overly matchy or having patterns that clashed. I joked with her the whole session that I was going to hire her to be my wardrobe assistant. The special thing about this family photography session is that, though we started as strangers, we finished the session like we’d all been lifelong friends! It is so wonderful to make such wholesome connections and genuine friendships with the sweet families I have the privilege to meet.

As a family photographer in Palo Alto and Silicon Valley region, I strive to capture authentic moments with rich, artistic, and powerful portrait photography. This session was photographed with a Canon EOS 60D and a 50mm lens at sunset on a cloudy day. All images are hand edited using both lightroom and photoshop
